10% Discount on Purchases from ALL Companies in Our Family of Brands

As a Blair VIP Plus member, you receive a 10% discount on merchandise orders you make with Blair or any of the companies in our Family of Brands during your active membership. Purchases made at the following companies are eligible for the 10% discount:

To receive the 10% discount:

  • Online Orders: You must sign in as a registered shopper on Blair.com or any of our company websites; or visit our Family of Brands page on BlairVIPPlus.com. You will be recognized as a VIP Plus member and your 10% discount will be automatically applied to your entire order at checkout.
  • Phone Orders: Simply tell the customer service representative that you are a VIP Plus member; they will automatically apply your 10% discount.
  • Mail Orders: Please write “VIP Plus member” on the top of your order form.

Limits:

    The 10% discount is valid on merchandise only. Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for a 10% discount. Gift Cards, taxes, shipping charges and other fees are not included.
VIP Plus Marketplace

5% Back on Grocery Purchases

As a member, you also receive 5% back in Savings Certificates when you shop at select grocery stores in the VIP Plus Marketplace. This 5% is based on your order amount (minus taxes, shipping charges, and fees). Simply shop online or in-store at eligible grocery stores and submit a rebate claim and proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% back on your grocery purchases.

5% Back on Marketplace Purchases

As a member, you receive 5% back in Blair Savings Certificates when you shop at VIP Plus Marketplace retailers. This 5% is based on your merchandise amount (minus taxes, shipping charges, and fees). Simply shop online or in-store at eligible retailers and submit a rebate claim and proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% back on your purchases.

Marketplace and Grocery Limits & Details:

  • Maximum savings per membership year for both the Marketplace and Grocery benefit combined is $1,000 in Savings Certificates.
  • Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for 5% back.
  • Your savings on online VIP Plus Marketplace and Grocery retailer purchases will appear in the “Blair Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section of your Savings Center within 5-7 days of your purchase being shipped. To qualify for 5% of your purchase back, redeemable in Blair Savings Certificates, online purchases must be made through the links in the “Marketplace” tab on BlairVIPPlus.com.
    • Please note that you’ll need to submit a rebate claim to receive 5% back in Blair Savings Certificates on online purchases made at “Rebate Only” merchants.
  • For VIP Plus Marketplace and Grocery purchases, you can submit 5% rebate claims online or through the mail. Online submissions will appear in your Savings Center’s “Blair Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section upon approval, which can take 1-3 weeks. Mailed submissions will also appear in the “Blair Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section upon approval, which can take 2-4 weeks from the postmark date of your submission. To qualify for 5% back in Blair Savings Certificates, purchases must be made at the retailers listed in your Welcome Kit or in the Online Marketplace. You can also view eligible retailers by clicking “Shop Marketplace” under the “Shop” tab on Blair VIP Plus.
  • When shopping at any of the stores from our list of eligible retailers, you can mail us your rebate claim with dated proof-of-purchase documentation, or you can submit your rebate claim online.
    • Acceptable forms of documentation include dated receipts, packing slips, or order confirmations; please note the purchase date must be displayed.
    • To qualify for 5% back in Blair Savings Certificates, you must make phone, catalog, or in-store purchases from the list of eligible Marketplace retailers we have provided.
  • Retailer restrictions may apply. To view a specific retailer’s restrictions, click “this retailer has restrictions” on that retailer’s page within the Blair VIP Plus website.
  • One purchase per retailer per day is eligible for 5% back. Purchases of Gift Cards and money orders, as well as purchases using a retailer’s bill-pay service, are not eligible for 5% back in Savings Certificates.
  • When submitting a rebate for a VIP Plus Marketplace or Grocery purchase, your rebate documents must be dated and submitted within 60 days of the purchase date. Rebate forms are not required but you must include your name, address and phone number to ensure accurate processing. You may also send in multiple rebates at one time. Your eligible amounts will be credited to and displayed in the “Blair Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section of your Savings Center upon verification of your purchase. During the first week of any month in which your savings balance is $10 or more, we will mail you Blair Savings Certificates. Any remaining balance under $10 will remain in your Savings Center in the “Blair Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section until you reach $10 again.
  • VIP Plus membership benefits are only available to personal, non-commercial purchasers. Any order that is deemed a commercial (non-personal) use or high-volume/reseller order, in VIP Plus’s sole discretion, will not be eligible for 5% back rebate claim.
  • Please see the Savings Center section of “How It Works” for full details on “Blair Savings Certificates,” “Sent,” “Pending,” and “Submitted for Approval.”
  • The 5% back is valid on merchandise only.
Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates

As a member, every online, phone, or mail-order purchase you make is eligible for up to $10 in savings for your shipping and return shipping costs. This means you can claim up to $10 in shipping rebates for items sent to you and up to $10 in return shipping rebates if you need to return items.

  • When you submit a rebate claim online, it will appear in the “Submitted for Approval” section of your Savings Center until it’s processed, which can take 2-4 weeks. Upon approval, your rebate claim will appear in the “Blair Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section of your Savings Center.
  • When you submit a rebate claim via regular mail, it will be processed within 2-4 weeks of the postmark date and appear in the “Blair Savings Certificates Pending and Sent” section of your Savings Center upon approval; it will not appear in the “Submitted for Approval” section.
  • You are eligible for a maximum of $1,000 per membership year (up to $500 in shipping rebates and up to $500 in return shipping rebates).
  • In order to process your request, online or offline, you will need to submit your rebate claim with proof-of-purchase documentation that displays the purchase date.
    • Acceptable forms of dated proof-of-purchase documentation for shipping rebates include dated receipts, packing slips, or order confirmations.
    • Acceptable forms of dated proof-of-purchase documentation for return shipping rebates include the dated shipping receipt or a copy of the return label with the cost and tracking number or a return confirmation from the retailer, including refund amount and date of receipt.
    • Rebate Claims can be completed directly online under the “Shipping & Shopping Rebates” tab.
    • Proof-of-purchase documentation is required to process your rebate. You do not need to submit a rebate form as long as your name, address, and phone number are clearly written and included with your submission.
    • Rebate claims must be dated and submitted within 60 days of your purchase.
    • To qualify for a rebate, you must have been an active member at the time of your purchase.

Savings Center

The savings you earn through the Blair VIP Plus program are deposited into your Savings Center and sent out in the form of Blair Savings Certificates redeemable anywhere Blair Savings Certificates are accepted. Savings that are eligible for Blair Savings Certificates include: shipping rebates, return shipping rebates, 5% back on grocery purchases, and 5% of purchases made through the VIP Plus Marketplace and purchases through our list of eligible retailers. You will receive a quarterly summary of your savings by email or mail if you have account activity during the previous 3-month period. Blair Savings Certificates expire 90 days after the date of issue.

  • For complete details on your 5% rebate claims (redeemable in Blair Savings Certificates), shipping, and return shipping savings, please see the “VIP Plus Marketplace” and “Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates” sections of “How It Works.”
  • “All-Time Savings” is the total amount of savings you’ve earned as a lifetime Blair VIP Plus member, including your “Introductory Offer,” “10% Discount on Purchases from ALL Companies in our Family of Brands,” and “Blair Savings Certificates” earned from 5% back rebate claims on VIP Plus Marketplace purchases, 5% back rebate claims on grocery purchases, and shipping and return shipping rebates.
  • “Introductory Offer” is the savings you received for enrolling in the Blair VIP Plus program. This is a one-time savings offer to thank you for joining the program.
  • “10% Discount on Purchases from All Companies in Our Family of Brands” refers to the instant savings you receive on purchases you make with Blair or any of the companies in our Family of Brands.
  • “Instant Savings” refers to the savings you receive from your introductory offer and through your 10% Discount on purchases from all companies in our Family of Brands.
  • “Blair Savings Certificates” refers to the Savings Certificates you’ve earned from 5% back rebate claims on VIP Plus Marketplace purchases, 5% back rebate claims on grocery purchases, and shipping and return shipping rebates. (“Sent” refers to the amount of Blair Savings Certificates we’ve mailed to you. “Pending” refers to the amount left in your Savings Center account after the most recent payout. “Submitted for Approval” refers to claims you’ve submitted for 5% of your purchase, 5% back rebate claims on grocery purchases shipping rebates, and return shipping rebates that have not yet been approved. Once approved, these claims will be added to your “Pending Savings Certificates” total.) Once your savings reaches $10 at the end of a month, we’ll send you Blair Savings Certificates. Any remaining balance under $10 will stay in your Savings Center as “Pending Savings Certificates” until you reach $10 again. (For example, if you have Pending Savings Certificates in the amount of $23, you will receive $20 in Blair Savings Certificates, and the remaining $3 balance will stay in your Savings Center, where you can see it in the “Pending Savings Certificates” section.)
  • Should you cancel your Blair VIP Plus membership, you will receive a check for the Pending Savings Certificates amount remaining in your Savings Center after the Savings Certificate payouts have been processed.
  • You can view your current Savings Center balances and activity by visiting BlairVIPPlus.com and clicking the “Savings” tab, or you can ask about any balances or activity by calling customer service anytime at 888-288-7708.
  • Your 10% discount on purchases from companies in our Family of Brands does not earn savings in your Savings Center. The 10% discount is applied automatically to your order when following the directions noted above for online, phone, and mail orders.
  • Blair Savings Certificates expire 90 days from the date they are issued.
